Awarded Best French Gin 2023, C'est Nous is made out of 9 aromatics including the essential juniper berry, angelica root, lemon, orange, and coriander. It is only after a slow maceration of these aromatics that the distillation begins. Then, the Gin will be preserved and put to rest in order to harmonize. Heavily fragrant, notes of citrus and aromatics. The attack is marked by the juniper berry, followed by the freshness of citrus. In the finale, you get sweet spices thanks to coriander.
