Place your bonsai in a spot with bright, indirect sunlight. It thrives in well-lit environments but should be protected from harsh, direct sunlight, which can scorch its leaves.

Water the bonsai thoroughly when the topsoil feels slightly dry to the touch. The best way involves immersing the pot in water for approximately 5 to 15 minutes, which enables the soil to become thoroughly moistened. 

Regularly prune and trim the bonsai to maintain its shape and encourage new growth. Remove any dead, damaged, or unwanted branches and leaves. Apply special fertilizers a few times a year.
