Order Confirmation & Tracking

1. Expect a confirmation email from our customer service team when you place an order and when we deliver it to your chosen address. If you don’t receive these confirmations by email, please contact our customer service team.

1. Online Payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards can be used for online payment.
2. Offline Payment: money transfers are accepted (Western Union or MoneyGram) or cash payments in any of our stores in Lebanon.

Return & Refund Policy

Our team of professional florists take the utmost care when creating your chosen arrangement or bouquet, and our plant engineers make every effort to select for you a plant that matches as closely as possible your selection as it appears on our website. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you have 72 hours to submit a claim from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in the original state it was delivered in. Please make sure to take pictures of the item with a focus on the problem you have found, our team might also ask you a few questions concerning the claim item. If your claim is approved, our customer care team will inform you of the decision and either resend you another one or in extreme cases initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Your bank account will reflect the returned amount within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
